HSE’s working papers are our university’s contribution towards developing the idea of free access to academic research. 

Currently, HSE publishes working papers through its Publishing House and as part of its Basic Research Program.

The Publishing House issues 20 series of working papers, available both online and in print and in both Russian and English. 

Working papers of the Basic Research Program are issued in 15 of these series and are published online in English.  The series editors make all publication decisions.
