Working paper as the first step towards publication in international peer reviewed journal

Some working papers of the Basic Research Program, which are posted in the series “Law”, have already been approved for publication by international peer reviewed journals.

Some working papers of the Basic Research Program, which are posted in the series “Law”, have already been approved for publication by international peer reviewed journals.

M.V. Antonov’s working paper, “Theoretical Issues of Sovereignty in Russia” and T.U. Borisova’sThe Digest of Laws of the Russian Empire: the Phenomenon of Autocratic Legality” will both be published in the “Review of Central and Eastern European Law.” Aside from that, the second working paper, Borisova’s Legislation as a Source of Law in Late Imperial Russia” will be going into a collective monograph entitled “From the Judge’s Arbitrium to the Legality Principle: Legislation as a Source of Law in Criminal Trial”, which is expected to be out in 2012.
