This series of preprints is a continuation of the series published under the title “The theory and practice of public choice”.
The HSE has a regular seminar “Mathematical Methods of Decision Analysis in Economics, Business and Politics” and many of the papers presented at this seminar are often published in the WP7 series.
This series includes papers on modeling in economic, social and political processes as well as data mining and the mathematical fundamentals of modern information technologies.
Papers are accepted in Russian and English. All papers are reviewed.
